Horrible service I waited 4 hours and a half for a wash and set. Ramona is very nice to her customers and does an amazing job. Maritza is extremely rude not only to her customers but her employees with her comments and nasty attitude. Don’t recommend if you don’t have patience.
Maritza has a nasty attitude. Surprisingly, because she should be nice to clients since she's one of the owners. I am only here because Ramona is nice and does a good job.
Maritza is very prejudiced. Ramona is the best one there I walk in at 5:20 ask was it to late for a wash and set Maritza didn’t answer me just annoyed me. Ramona said 5:30 is the last wash however a Spanish lady walked in at 5:45 and they washed her hair ridiculous. . The only reason I continue to come back is because of Ramona who does my hair . Ramona is very professional Always the same . This is a business . Customer service is very important. I guess if you Spanish you will get better service
I had a terrible experience Saturday. I had to wait one hour to wash my hair. And the stylist in the middle chair, when I am ready to blow dry my hair took the rollers out saw the length of my hair and told me to get up and wait on the other hairdresser at the first chair, who was already doing someone else hair and then started to wash her own hair, while I was waiting. It was later the one who wash my hair told me she doesn’t do short hair. I promised to report her to the owner as soon as they are open today. Indirect racism is portrayed in different ways and you have to pick up on the signs .
I like them they are very friendly here. They use to be on gramaten and then they moved. They have different styles and prices. They do kids hair. You will be there an hour and a half at least. They are popular. No matter how tough your hair may be they will get it bone straight with a gloss. I have natural hair and I get it done every 6 months there with a trim. They never fail. They are in a good neighborhood and easy to find parking. The only downfall about this place us they dont take card. Other than that they are great
