Horrible service I waited 4 hours and a half for a wash and set. Ramona is very nice to her customers and does an amazing job. Maritza is extremely rude not only to her customers but her employees with her comments and nasty attitude. Don’t recommend if you don’t have patience.

Maritza is very prejudiced. Ramona is the best one there I walk in at 5:20 ask was it to late for a wash and set Maritza didn’t answer me just annoyed me. Ramona said 5:30 is the last wash however a Spanish lady walked in at 5:45 and they washed her hair ridiculous. . The only reason I continue to come back is because of Ramona who does my hair . Ramona is very professional Always the same . This is a business . Customer service is very important. I guess if you Spanish you will get better service
